Some really like the thrill of depth. For me it’s also a challenge for myself. That’s exactly my philosophy of life: the control of the self, surpassing not only your physical but also our psychological limitations.
When you’re doing depth, you have limitations. You have to enter a state which allows you to negotiate uncomfortable circumstances and go deeper within yourself. You’re just a human, trying to negotiate a force around you and this is exactly what makes you become a bigger person I think. It’s all about rising above yourself, your own physical limitations and the psychological limitations that you impose on yourself instinctively or consciously.
